Born in 1977 in Italy - Modena City, son of workers, husband, and father of two children. He began working at the age of 18, alternating between jobs as a farm worker in a dairy, a general worker in the grinding department of a metalworking company, and a waiter in a restaurant. Determined to grow professionally, he obtained his diploma through evening classes and continued his studies, obtaining a degree in Marketing, a master's degree in Economics and International Law and two masters: the first in Sales & Marketing at the business school of the University of Bologna (Italy) and the second in Design Thinking at the prestigious business school of MIT in Boston. During his career, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility, holding important positions such as Trade Marketing Manager, Business Unit Director, Global Sales Director and VP Sales & Marketing in important Italian and foreign multinationals.
